CE Industries staff personnel have experience with conduct of:

• Phase 1 Site Assessments for raw development sites as well as sites with buildings and other improvements. A Phase 1 site assessment will determine the potential for environmental liability at a site. These studies are conducted for facility owners, developers, and financial institutions.
• Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements for both government and private projects. CEI personnel have worked on over one hundred EAs and EISs for military projects regarding base operations, troop movements, tank and aircraft training operations, and weapons design and testing. Complex EISs have been prepared for power plant operations and Cesuim irradiation of sanitary sewage sludge.
• Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint Surveys for residential housing areas, educational facilities, and office developments. These surveys are often conducted for financial institutions as part of environmental liability investigations.
• Environmental Permits and Regulatory Compliance Reviews for private and industrial operations. These studies involve preparation of permit applications, and/or conduct of compliance audits of existing operations.
