CE Industries provides Clients with independent economic review and evaluation services. These services include construction cost estimates, constructability reviews, cost-effectiveness analyses, and value engineering assessments.
CE Industries staff personnel have experience in conducting Economic Consulting services for Federal and state agencies, municipalities, real estate professionals, and construction contractors. Detailed economic reviews cover such items as:
- Construction Cost Estimates for new construction and facility renovations. Cost estimates are typically provided for feasibility studies and preliminary engineering designs, to verify the estimated range of costs for an individual project or group of projects.
- Constructability Reviews are conducted to determine whether or not the sequence of a proposed construction project is feasible or reasonable. Often the cost of a construction project can be reduced, or the cash-flow impact balanced, based on the construction sequencing of the project. Evaluations also can be made to determine if proposed construction is within the capabilities of normal construction personnel and equipment.
- Cost-Effectiveness Analyses are conducted to determine if the materials and methods proposed for use in construction are reasonable and economical. Often, different yet functional appliances or systems can be used to reduce overall costs.
- Valueengineering Assessments are conducted to determine if proposed construction components are worth their expense.
